Véronique Kleck
Véronique Kleck is presently the VECAM (http://www.vecam.org) general secretary. She founded this association VECAM in 1995 and she has been the director for six years.
She was in 2003/2004 the director of the World Summit of Cities and Local Authorities on the Information Society (http://www.cities-lyon.org/).
She has been previously the technical adviser for the French Ministry of the ?social economy and third sector?, for the communication and information technologies.
She worked in the European Council of Cities and Regions, in the French National Assembly and in the European Parliament. She also tough public low and international relations in the Sorbonne University and in the Institute of Political Studies, in Paris.
